FMX Combd's Terms & Conditions – Please read before registering

Fmx combd (referred to hereinafter as the "Platform" or "we") is an online betting and gaming service based in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all services provided through the fmx combd website, mobile app, and other digital platforms.

By registering on or using fmx combd, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you object to any of the terms, please refrain from using the platform.

These Terms are available in both English and Bangla. In the event of any dispute, the Bangla version shall be considered the definitive version.

The following conditions must be met to register and use fmx combd's services:

• You must be at least 18 years is required.
• You must be legally eligible to participate in online betting under the laws of Bangladesh.
• You are registering with your own information, and all details you provide are accurate.
• Each person may register only one account.
• Your bank account or mobile financial service (bKash/Nagad) must be registered in your own name.
• You are not a member of any professional betting syndicate and are not using any prohibited strategies.

Fmx combd reserves the right to reject any application or close any account if a breach of terms is suspected.

Account Registration Rules

You must provide accurate name, date of birth, phone number, and email address at registration. Opening an account with false information is a violation of fmx combd's terms and may result in account termination.

Password & Security

You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share it with anyone. If you notice any unauthorized login or suspicious activity, contact fmx combd Support immediately.

KYC Verification

Fmx combd may request KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any time. Identity verification via NID or passport is generally required for withdrawals. Failure to cooperate with verification may result in your withdrawal being placed on hold.

Payment methods currently accepted on fmx combd:

Providing the correct TxID at the time of deposit is mandatory. An incorrect TxID may delay your deposit. fmx combd does not charge any deposit fees.

Depositing to fmx combd from another person's account is strictly prohibited. This is part of our anti-money laundering policy.

The following conditions apply to withdrawals on fmx combd:

• KYC verification must be completed before making a withdrawal.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment account registered in your own name.
• Winnings from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the bonus wagering requirements have been met.
• Every withdrawal request is manually reviewed by the fmx combd team – this typically takes 5–30 minutes.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended in cases of suspicious activity.

Fmx combd regularly offers various bonuses and promotions. The following general terms apply to all such offers:

• Each bonus has a specific Wagering Requirement (WR) that must be met before any withdrawal can be made.
• Bonuses are valid for a limited time. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once the expiry period has passed.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
• Misuse of bonus offers — such as creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses — is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.
• Fmx combd reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus program at any time.
• A maximum bet limit may apply to bets placed using bonus funds.

Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

Once a bet is confirmed on fmx combd, it cannot be cancelled. Please verify the odds and stake carefully before placing your bet.

Match Cancelled or Postponed

If an event is cancelled, all bets on that event will be voided and the staked amount will be refunded. If the event is rescheduled and takes place on a new date, you will have the opportunity to place your bets again.

Odds Changes

Payouts are calculated based on the odds in effect at the time the bet is confirmed. Any subsequent changes to the odds will not affect existing bets.

Maximum Win Limit

Fmx combd sets a maximum payout limit per bet, which is displayed on the relevant page. There is no obligation to pay out beyond this limit.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on fmx combd and may result in account termination as well as legal action:

• Multiple Accounts: Holding multiple accounts under one individual is strictly prohibited.
• Bonus Abuse: Claiming bonuses multiple times using different names or details.
• Arbitrage Betting: Placing opposing bets on the same event across multiple platforms in an attempt to guarantee a profit.
• Use of Software: Use of automated betting software, bots, or scripts.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform to process illegal payments.
• Fraud: Any form of fraud or manipulation.
• Third-Party Payments: Transactions made from another person's mobile account or bank account.

Fmx combd's risk management team works around the clock to detect and identify such activities.

Closure at Member's Request

You can close your account at any time through Account Settings or by contacting Support. Please withdraw your remaining balance before closing.

Closed by fmx combd

In the event of a terms violation, fmx combd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without notice. Any winnings obtained in breach of the rules may be forfeited.

Responsible Gaming Protection

Fmx combd offers a self-exclusion feature to help you protect yourself from excessive betting. You can exclude yourself for a set period or permanently.

Fmx combd is not liable for the following:

• Losses on bets or games due to internet disconnection.
• Delays caused by third-party service outages (bKash, Nagad, bank servers).
• Losses resulting from a user's own negligence or unintentional errors.
• Losses resulting from sharing account credentials with a third party.

Fmx combd always strives to maintain the highest technical standards; however, liability is limited in the event of technical errors.

Fmx combd reserves the right to modify, amend, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes, a notification will be posted on the platform at least 7 days in advance.

Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
